About
"Evening's Bingo Fest" is a fest meant to expand and strengthen the creative community of our fandom.Our goal is to create a welcoming space for all fan creators, and celebrate our seven stars, promoting and sharing all the great works from ennve authors and artists.
Rules and guidelines
General rules
- All fics and art must have at least one EVNNE member as main/central character.
- Fics must be at least 500 words.
- All ratings and genres are allowed.
- All content, especially if sensitive, must be properly tagged with trigger and content warnings.
- Use of AI is not allowed neither for fics nor for artworks.
- No explicit/romantic depiction of people under 18.Bingo guidelines
HOW DOES A BINGO FEST WORK?
- First there’s gonna be a square submission time! Let us know what tags/tropes you would like to see in your bingo cards.
- No need to sign up! When we post the bingo cards you can pick whichever you prefer and start from there.
- You cross a bingo square when the tag/trope in that square is featured in your fic/artwork. You hit bingo if you manage to cross all the squares in a row (vertical, horizontal or diagonal rows) but it’s not required! You can submit your work with however many crossed squares as you want, from as many bingo cards as you want, as long as you cross at least one square.Posting guidelines
- Once the submissions open you can post your fic directly to the collection
- You can post your artworks and fic graphic directly on twitter. Use the #EVNBingoFest and tag the page so we can share your work! Remember to add (in the main post or in the replies) your bingo card with the crossed squares.
- Chaptered works don’t have to be finished on the submission deadline as long as the first chapter meets the requirements (at least 500 words, properly tagged and labeled).
- If you want to submit anonymously or from a priv account you can dm us and we’ll make the fic post for you.
- At the end of the submissions' deadline all works will be then added in a thread on the fest’s twitter account.
